If you are not sure, please <span style=\"color: #f5821f;\"><a style=\"color: #f5821f;\" href=\"https:\/\/ca.jigmoworld.com\/contact\/\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\">contact us<\/a><\/span> to get further instructions.<\/p><h3>Tools and Utilities:<\/h3><ol><li><strong>Time Stamping Utility:<\/strong> SetTime (can only be used on Windows computers) for USB voice recorder model JVR31. Please download it <span style=\"color: #f5821f;\"><a style=\"color: #f5821f;\" href=\"https:\/\/ca.jigmoworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/SetTime.zip\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\">here<\/a><\/span>. It needs to be copied onto the root of your drive. For example, if your voice recorder is Drive E: on your computer, the SetTime folder should be: E:\\SetTime.<\/li><li><strong>Firmware flash tool:<\/strong> This is the tool you need for flashing the memory on various voice recorder models. This is used for model JVR31.
